Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the Mauqe Service and is incorporated into our Terms of Use. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination without refund.
1. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory purposes.
- Uploading malware, spyware, viruses, or code designed to disrupt systems or exfiltrate data.
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing through forms, workflows, notifications, or APIs.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
- Collecting sensitive personal data without a lawful basis, required notices, and appropriate safeguards.
- Impersonating another person or organization, or misrepresenting affiliation with Makeen.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces, APIs, or infrastructure.
- Circumventing plan limits, rate limits, authentication, billing controls, or security measures.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated harvesting of the Service except via documented APIs within permitted limits.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties except as expressly allowed by your plan.
- Using the Service to operate illegal gambling, weapons sales, human exploitation, or other prohibited industries where restricted by law or by us.
2. Content Standards
You are solely responsible for Customer Content and public pages you publish. You must ensure content complies with applicable laws in every jurisdiction where your users are located.
We may remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP or creates risk to the Service, our users, or third parties, without prior notice where urgent.
3. API and Automation Use
API keys must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity performed with your keys.
You must not use APIs or workflows to overload, attack, or degrade the Service or connected third-party systems.
4. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse, security issues, or illegal content to abuse@mauqe.com with relevant URLs, workspace identifiers, and evidence.
