Do I need someone technical?
No. If you can describe the form on paper, you can build it here. Nothing asks you to write code, and nothing asks you to decide something you have no way of judging.
What about the spreadsheets we already have?
Upload one and its columns become the fields of a form, each with a sensible kind chosen for it. You keep what is in the file and stop maintaining the file.
Can people outside the company use it?
Yes. Publish a screen as a link, and protect it with a password or a list of invited addresses if you need to. What they send arrives as an ordinary record.
Will it work on a phone?
Every screen is built for a phone as well as a desk, including the ones you build. Somebody in a warehouse can fill in a form without going to find a laptop.
What happens when we outgrow it?
Add more people, more apps, and connect the systems you already run. Nothing has to be rebuilt because your company got bigger.
